Meet Sara.

Sara Valverde is a Clutter Expert, Clarity Coach, Productivity & Organizing Expert, and Founder of Onward & Upward. She holds 18+ years and thousands of hours’ education and experience in professional organizing and productivity, as well as living clutter-free and joy-full in all areas of life, on all levels that make up a human being.

As a coach, Sara is a trailblazer in harnessing clutter-clearing as a modality to heal, grow, and thrive. Her offerings are structured around the practice of letting go of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual ‘clutter,’ opening up space for what you really need and want to arrive. This has proven transformative in her own life and those of her clients. By attending to all levels of clutter, Sara has healed and grown beyond what she ever thought was possible, particularly in the life areas of relationships, wealth, and mental/emotional well-being. Sara has walked the walk, living a clutter-free life for nearly 2 decades. Coaching people by the pillars of Clarity and Simplicity is her intense delight.
